  • Today we are going to be talking about “The Difficult Words of Jesus”. Have you ever been reading the New Testament and heard the words of Jesus and been completely puzzled? Well, if so, you are not alone. Some of the words of Jesus challenge not only beginners, but even seasoned students of scripture. Thankfully we have scholars who have spent years and years studying the scriptures to help us understand them better.

I’m so honored to have with us today, Amy-Jill Levine, who with her sharp intellect, humor, and imagination, will bring these challenging texts alive for us and invite us in as active participants in the gospel story. AJ Levine is University Professor of New Testament and Jewish Studies, and Mary Jane Werthan Professor of Jewish Studies Emerita at Vanderbilt Divinity School and College of Arts and Science. She is an internationally renowned scholar and teacher, she is the author of numerous books including her latest release: The Difficult Words of Jesus: A Beginner’s Guide to His Most Perplexing Teachings.

  • Today we are talking about “Sexual Purity.” Now, this is not going to be a lecture about Honoring God’s Design for Sex Before Marriage. But rather a frank, open discussion of how God can transform lives that are deeply rooted in the pleasures of the world to a state of realizing that sexual purity is beautiful (to the one who treasures God above all.) Guest, Erin Kiu, author, and blogger shares her personal testimony of how God transformed her young adult life from indulging in the party scene to meeting Jesus and fully surrendering her life and lifestyle to Him.

  • Today we are going to be talking about “Mom Fatigue Syndrome.” It’s real. It’s pervasive. And it creeps into every facet of a mom’s life. MFS is caused by a condition known as learned helplessness-discovered in 1965 by Martin Seligman-which leads to overwhelm, depression, exhaustion, fatigue, anxiety, and feeling like you're stuck in a big, fat Mom Fog. Why do moms experience learned helplessness? Because the mom-brain is different. Researchers have even found physical differences in brain scans of women before and after they had children. But moms continually use methods and techniques that do not work with the way their brains are wired. Instead of blaming the program, moms blame themselves, which perpetuates the cycle of Mom Fatigue Syndrome. They end up with no energy, no joy, and no motivation to make things better. If you are a mom, or you know of a mom who needs help, stay tuned to learn from our guest Hannah Keeley about the Mom Mastery Method which is an 8-step formula proven to help thousands of moms radically transform their lives.

  • Discovering the foundational biblical truths we need to embrace in order to construct an emotional life that is healthy, happy, and holy is the focus of this podcast. So how are you doing with your feelings? Do you tend to ride them like a roller coaster? Do you get stuck in the mud with one feeling or another for way too long? Or do you feel shame for battling your emotions? Well, there’s good news for those of us who love God and seek to follow his ways. You might be surprised to hear this, but the Bible has a lot to say about our feelings. It tells us which feelings are godly and good for us, and it even gives us ideas for how to encourage those feelings to grow. The Bible also tells us which emotions we need to watch out for—which ones can hurt us if they get out of control—and gives us ideas for how we can limit or avoid them. The Bible can help us learn how to work on our feelings— to take charge of them, instead of letting them push us around.

Our guest today Elizabeth Laing Thompson shares from her books titled All the Feels and All the Feels for Teens by helping us understand that by embracing how God has designed and created us, we are freed up to have better and more full relationships with others because of our emotions, not in spite of them.

  • Have you experienced being set free by the Gospel message? If so, the Bible makes it very clear, that each and every one of us is called to share our faith. But what does the reality of sharing the Christian faith look like to you? Is it scary? Do you not know what to say? Or maybe you have shared your faith and nothing happened. We must keep in mind that we can’t open someone’s heart to the truth of the Gospel message, only God can by His Spirit. But the most amazing thing happens when we partner with God - it's a WIN-WIN: When we share our faith with others, God allows us to be part of His life-transforming work and share in His joy, while the person who receives the Gospel message experiences the gift of knowing the truth which sets them free.

Our guest today, YouTuber Rajat Dhiman (Biblical Dhiman) will be sharing his own journey of how his doubts led him to faith, and then how God called and equipped him to boldly share his faith in a demographic where that is not always welcomed or easy to do.

  • Have you ever been in a place where you wonder ‘How can I find my satisfaction in a God that is invisible?’ God is not a tangible body that we can talk to face to face, nor can we give a hug. Do you look at other godly women and think that along with them you want to be able to say, 'All that thrills my soul is Jesus'? Well, if you’ve had any of these thoughts or questions, you’re not alone. Whether you are seeking satisfaction, comfort, strength, forgiveness, peace, or love, our guest author and Bible teacher Wendy Pope, is here to show us that God’s Word holds within it the answers to our deepest longings, to our every need.

  • Take a walk back 3000 years ago to the days of King David, former shepherd. We will learn about the sheep, where they roamed, and what they ate, as well as, how the shepherd had the crucial role of guiding and protecting his feeble sheep. By knowing the context of Psalm 23, you will see how David carefully chose the text to be a word picture of our relationship to God. Once you hear this background, you'll never look at Psalm 23 the same again. These words were designed to show how God meets our every need through the amazing goodness and mercy of our Good Shepherd. Soak in these verses and let God use them to give you a lifetime of comfort.

  • For some, Christianity is a long list of rules to be followed, and it’s hard to be a “good Christian” because it always seems you’re breaking one of those rules. Jerks. Alena grimaced in sweet pain, oyknula and began to masturbate her pussy herself, which is why she finished immediately after I went down her ass. Leaning on my woman with my whole body, I gave her a deep passionate kiss. My cock was still in her ass, throbbing and giving us moments of pleasure.

Let Your Doubts Lead to Faith - Coffee and Bible Time Podcast Season 3, Ep. 30

Stolen from Doldon's safe. A bit lacking. Having counted the dough, Schwartz said. Where the hell are they going. I think three days will be enough for you, and then I'll put it on the counter.
