Jaguar XF Expert Review

Introduced in 2008 as a replacement for the aging S-Type, the Jaguar XF has become Jaguar's volume model and has led a styling revolution for the troubled British automaker. Inside and out, the new XF's design has helped to re-establish Jaguar's place among the luxury elite, a position backed up by modern, powerful engines and a finely-tuned chassis.
The XF comes in multiple flavors, from the base model powered by a 5.0-liter V-8 with a healthy 385 horsepower on tap, to the track-inspired XFR, which is motivated by a supercharged version of the 5.0-liter V-8 that delivers a smoking 510 horsepower. All XF engines are paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Primed to win back Jaguar's top-tier luxury pedigree, the XF comes loaded with premium materials and all the latest in electronic aids and entertainment options.
The new Portfolio package for the XF Premium model adds even more luxury touches including contrast stitching, suede headliner, a new wood veneer and deep-pile carpets. The hard-edged XFR comes with enhancements designed to emphasize its sporting intentions.

The XF's 4.2-liter V-8 has been replaced with new direct-injected 5.0-liter V-8s that offer more power. A new high-performance XFR model was added to the top of the range while the Supercharged model bowed out, only to return in late 2010 as a 2011 model with the new 5.0-liter supercharged V-8. A new Portfolio package for the Premium model adds more luxury touches including contrast stitching, suede headliner, a new wood veneer and deep-pile carpets.
The 2011 Jaguar XF is a clear departure from conventional Jaguar styling that boasts a solid mix of classic cues and modern designs that make the car a stand-out in any crowd. A bevy of large, stylish wheels complete the look.
The XF comes with strong luxury credentials including standard leather, navigation, dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry and starting, a premium stereo with satellite radio and auxiliary inputs and heated seats.
The 385-horsepower 5.0-liter V-8 is as solid a base engine as you're going to find in the segment where the XF plays. Performance buffs will prefer the 510-hp supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 that powers the XFR, the returning Supercharged model offers a comfortable middle-ground with 470 horsepower. The XF's transmission offers several settings for various surfaces and performance.
Driver and passenger front and side airbags are standard, as are full-length side curtain airbags. Electronic aids include Stability and Traction Control, Corner Braking Control and Emergency Brake Assist.

2011 Jaguar XF Review
Buyers looking for a luxury midsize sedan with a lot of oomph should take a look at the 2011 Jaguar XF. This year, its naturally aspirated 4.2-cylinder V8 engine has been replaced with the larger 5.0-liter engine in the Base trim.
So the two least powerful trims now get 385 horsepower, with the Base and the XF Premium sharing the same power numbers as well as 0-60 times of 5.5 seconds. Moving up to the 2011 XF Supercharged offers sub-5-second 0-60 times thanks to a 470-hp supercharged V8, while the XFR bumps that up an additional 40 hp to 510.
While the three available engines provide different acceleration numbers, the 2011 Jaguar XF Base and Premium still have decent 16/23 mileage, while the XF Supercharged and the XFR come in at 15/21.
All trims come equipped with Jaguar's six-speed automatic transmission with F1-style paddle shifters attached to the wheel. Drivers can adjust how quickly it shifts using the JaguarDrive selector. Similarly, drivers will use their hands to operate the reading lights and glove compartment; both come with proximity sensors.
Staying in the front, most controls are operated via a touchscreen that in previous model years earned compliments for the relative ease of accessing the menus compared to other luxury cars. Some have issue with the extra buttons for climate control as well as the lag time caused by excessive graphics.
For comfort, the Jaguar XF offers leather seating with wood trim around the console and in the window sills. A non-engine trim option is the XF Portfolio, which upgrades the Premium package with suede headliners and deeper floor mats. The Portfolio option also includes a heated steering wheel and front seats adjustable in 12 ways.
Safety features abound for all XF trims. Even the Base includes heated windshields and side mirrors, as well as a rear parking aid that uses sensors to monitor the proximity of objects when backing up. Since reviewers have noted a lack of rear visibility, this could be welcome for some motorists. The other trims also include front parking aids, a blind-spot monitor, and a rear parking camera. It uses the console-mounted LCD screen to offer drivers an unobstructed view while parking.
The 2011 Jaguar XF includes a two-stage front airbag system for the driver and front passenger. In addition, there is an anti-whiplash system that controls the seatbelt tensioning system to minimize injuries in collisions. Front and rear occupants have side curtain airbags, while there are also torso-level airbags in the front seat. With no all-wheel-drive option for the 2011 Jaguar XFR, the company has introduced technology controlling the braking and throttle systems to minimize understeer and oversteer in adverse weather.
Reviewers have argued that the Jaguar XF is a tourer with bite, as it provides comfort on long trips with power and great handling in a modern, luxury package. Jaguar changed little for the 2011 Jaguar XF outside of its engine options, but it should still be on the list of luxury sedans to check out in its price range.

For some reason, everyone laughed, and then Tolik sarcastically asked: How are you with the mice, have. You caught it already. Knowing what was meant by this, since the joke was with a hefty beard, I was not even offended, muttering: What does this have to do with that.

There now something happened, moved and lived. These sensations were so strong that Victoria began to breathe deeply and then stop. Of course, the grievance and pain remained, and the girl still didnt see Arthur, and what he did, but her body, as it were, passed on. To Vick herself. He gladly took on the rape, caressed him inside, doused him with his grease and warmed him up with his own heat.
